FITNESSSLS Advanced Circuit Training is a strength and conditioning class. The class uses circuit exercises timed as stations which may include: Flipping tires, climbing ropes, sprinting suicides, advanced TRX exercises, punching the heavy bag, jumping on Plyo boxes, running stairs, battling ropes and much more! This class is great for strength and conditioning for sports or just the advanced fitness enthusiasts.
