FITNESSSLS Fitness Interval Boxing consists of intervals of high intensity running, plyo jumps and punching drills. The goal of the workout is high intensity cardio mixed with boxing and functional strength training exercises.
The high intensity portion we call sprint intervals in class. Sprint intervals are followed by either rest or lower intensity punching drills. The class is only 30 minutes with warm up and cool down. Class is intense and will leave you feeling energized not exhausted. The shorter more intense sprints are great for fat burning. The class includes warm up, pushups, strength drills, squats, lunges, boxing drills, running, core conditioning and cool down. The class can be modified for the beginner.
