Beginner Core

Our Core Conditioning classes are designed to strengthen the core muscles from your pelvis to your lower back, to your hips and of course your abdomen!   Strong core muscles are the root of it all. By strengthening these muscles it can make it easier to do every day movements from picking up your child, to swinging a golf club to getting a glass from the top shelf or bending down to tie your shoes. This class can help improve your posture, strengthen lower back muscles, help with balance, stability and improve your overall strength and fitness goals .

In this class we will do various body weight exercises (planks, bridges), stability and medicine balls drills, TRX and Bosu exercises, the list goes on!  All Levels Welcome!
