Beginner Strength Training / Weight Room

The beginner version of our weight room and strength training classes provide a very slow and guided class that focuses on large muscle groups. This class provides a full body workout by using anywhere from 6 – 8 stations. You trainer will walk you through each exercise, and then, spot and correct form where needed. Focuses on  muscle-group isolation. Slower in tempo, meant to be a heavy lift day.
