Our Kids Boot Camp is designed for kids ages 7 to 14. During the class, our goal for your child is to have fun in a safe environment! Whether they are going through obstacle courses, learning and performing the basics of strength condition, they will be taught the basic of health and fitness and all that comes along with it! All the things a child should learn about fitness will be included in these classes including flexibility, strength and cardiovascular training. These classes are 30 minutes and are designed to keep the kids moving, having fun and of course getting their “FIT” on.
**KIDS CLASSES**SLS Fitness wants to provide you and your child the ability to come in and workout at the same time! We have many different classes for your children during the week, while at the same time offering adult fitness classes!
Kids have the option of dropping into any class, or they can get their own punch card!
