SLS Warrior Workouts
Small group personal training- 8 to 10 people in a group. Each workout is 30 – 45 minutes. Workouts are geared towards self-defense, fighting, intense strength training, personal attention, goal setting, and performance evaluations.
5 minute foam rolling and dynamic warm-up, 20 – 30 minute intense workout, 5 minutes foam rolling cool down.
(Non members need trainer evaluation before taking class due to its intensity $20.00 non member fee)
Our Warrior Coach, Steven, sets goals and checks in on progress every couple of weeks! Our warrior classes are great for self-defense, mixed martial arts, veteran strength members, and advanced challenges. Ex: (Tough mudder, spartan races, triathlons, warrior dash, military training, and police/fire professions) or anyone wanting something very challenging!
