SLS Fitness Strength & Conditioning has opened within GameTime Sports & Fitness to provide assistance to student athletes in the Merrimack Valley area with technique, strength, and confidence. Our program focuses on power, strength, injury prevention, sustainability, mobility and flexibility in order to safely meet the demands of the athlete’s sport.
