SLS offers a variety of Yoga classes!

Yoga Flow / Vinyasa:

Vinyasa with a focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow of movements.

Heated Yoga:

A Vinyasa style class, with a heated room (85 degrees). Heat helps us embrace classic yoga postures with deliberate movements to stretch and strengthen the whole body.  Although gentle, many postures offer the option to intensify and challenge our practice to push us beyond basic postures including arm and leg balances.

Yoga Fusion (Hatha Yoga):

Hatha Yoga provides an opportunity to stretch, unwind, and release tension, providing a good counterpoint to busy lifestyles.  Props are used to help with alignment and give one the opportunity to ease into the pose.

Express Yoga:

30 minutes of restorative, relaxing stretches, basic yoga poses and brief mediation.  Focuses on breathing, balance and muscle tension release.
