Mom and Baby Yoga
The class provides a comfortable and safe place for moms and babies to bond through slow movements and therapeutic breathing. Poses during this class will encourage mom to ease back into muscle toning while interacting with their little one. This form of yoga can relieve stress and tension for both mom and baby.
