Our approach.

There’s a collective awakening happening in corporate America, and it’s being driven by the growing awareness of these main topics: the devastating and far-reaching health impacts of workplace stress, obesity from inactivity, long sedentary periods, and the high financial cost that companies face while trying to manage the health of their employees.

There is no “one-size-fits-all” approach when it comes to corporate fitness and wellness, and we do not believe in boring or generic programming. We all know that most corporate fitness centers have low usage and can ultimately be a waste of time, money, and space if they’re not managed and utilized properly.

SLS offers programming for all corporate demographics, and for those with and without fitness centers. We’ll start by coming into your company to survey employees and learn the culture of the workplace. We’ll work to understand the company’s specific needs and then implement educational sessions and programming to benefit their employees. Together, we customize a wellness program that gets the data-driven results you need for your organization to succeed.

The involvement we have with our corporate partnerships includes designing fitness centers, full-service fitness facility management, daily programming and classes, monthly seminars, daily newsletters, and partnerships with food vendors for healthy cafeteria options. Our Services.

SLS will provide a full-time manager to staff and run your facility from open to close. We collaborate with your wellness team to schedule lunch and learn seminars, challenges, and promote whole-body health and fitness throughout your company. SLS will take care of and field any questions regarding the fitness center.
Fully insured, SLS certified coaches conduct indoor and outdoor fitness classes at your facility. SLS will monitor class size and member sign-ups for accountability and insurance purposes. We’re happy to offer a schedule that is convenient for your employees, with early morning, lunchtime, and evening classes to choose from.

SLS Fitness offers 30+ live virtual classes per week for those that don’t have fitness centers or have sites around the country. This is a great way for organizations to provide a service to all employees regardless of location.
SLS offers on site or virtual monthly or quarterly Lunch and Learn Seminars on Fitness, Stress Management, Strength, Nutrition, Fat Loss, Sleep & More.
