Cardio Red Zone
Red Zone Circuit
This high-intensity workout has quickly become a favorite at SLS. The name “Red Zone” refers to increasing your heart rate to the 90% effort range (or maximum effort range) on a MyZone training belt. These classes are an intense cardiovascular workout, and encourage members to push themselves until they need a rest period. A Red Zone Circuit class typically includes four stations that are customized to each individual member. The goal is to then get through the stations as many times as possible in the class.
Cardio Red Zone
Cardio Interval Red Zone is a high-intensity workout. It contains short periods of sprinting followed by periods of rest, and just like the Red Zone Circuit class, it’s designed to get your heart rate into the 90% or maximum effort range. This class typically consists of a short, stationary sprint followed by a full-length sprint of the turf. This is repeated three or four times, then members recover before repeating the interval again.
