  • 8-Week Middle School and High School Strength And Conditioning Camp

    SLS is launching another 8-week strength and conditioning camp for Middle School & High School athletes. Whether you are in-season or preparing for an upcoming sport, or a beginner who is looking to build confidence and for an introduction to fitness, this progressive program will help you build strength, learn how to properly train, and focus on injury prevention.

    When: 8 Week Program starts September 9th

    Times (Sessions are 1-Hour Long):

    Middle School - Mondays @ 6 PM and Saturdays @ 12 PM

    High School - Tuesdays @ 5:30 PM and Saturdays @ 10 AM
