First Day of Spring of Wellness Day
Celebrate the first day of spring with us by being part of our Wellness Day at SLS Fitness. Enjoy complimentary Chair Massage sessions to help you relax, experience the benefits of Normatec Boot sessions designed for recovery, and partake in our Try a Trainer sessions where you can explore personal training options. There will be much more to discover and enjoy!

Middle & High School Strength and Conditioning Camp
Over the course of the 8-week session, both Middle and High School groups will be brought through a unique program that will focus on injury prevention, mobility, balance, stability, plyometrics, strength training, power development and conditioning. It will also strongly encourage team building! Each program will demonstrate the fundamentals of strength and conditioning in a progressive manner, and every member will be instructed by our certified trainers to ensure safe mechanics while lifting and moving. This program is great for athletes and beginners alike!
Dates: 8-Week Program Starting The Week of January 20th
Price: $349 for both days, $174.50 if only able to attend 1 session per week
Days / Times:
Middle School (under 15 years old):
- Wednesdays @ 6 PM with Coach Anna
- Saturdays @ 12 PM with Coach Frank
High School (15 years old and over):
- Thursdays @ 6 PM with Coach Nicole
- Saturdays @ 10 AM with Coach Kevin

Lift For a Cure
Lift for a Cure Guidelines:
1. Select a Lift that you feel comfortable hitting 1 hard Rep (Ex. Deadlift, Bench, Squat, Olympic Lift - anything you want!)
2. Lift can be done anywhere, at any time prior to March 17th. (If you would like supervision or a spotter, please DM or reach out to each Donny)
3. However much you lift, you must raise/donate that amount (ex: 200lb bench, $200 donation)
4. Must film and send to Danielle Fournier @Donnyswurld for proof of lift (we would love to tag you and celebrate - but that is up to you!)
5. Venmo @Danielle-Fournier-4 with your donation!
6. Give yourself a giant high five for a lift well done!
