    Pilates with Reformers at SLS Fitness is officially here!

    Starting Monday, December 23rd Pilates Class Packs and Drop Ins are available for purchase!

    We will be holding complimentary 50-minute Introductory classes for all members to try the Reformer classes before purchasing.

    Intro classes are required to take before taking regular reformer classes

  • 6-Week Middle School and High School Strength And Conditioning Camp

    SLS is launching another 6-week strength and conditioning camp for Middle School & High School athletes. Whether you are in-season or preparing for an upcoming sport, or a beginner who is looking to build confidence and for an introduction to fitness, this progressive program will help you build strength, learn how to properly train, and focus on injury prevention.

    When: 6 Week Program starts November 18th

    Times (Sessions are 1-Hour Long):

    Middle School - Wednesdays @ 6 PM and Saturdays @ 12 PM

    High School - Tuesdays @ 5:30 PM and Saturdays @ 10 AM

    Price: $249 for both days, $124.50 if only able to attend 1 session per week
