Our Wellness Challenges are a great way to engage employees, build community, and keep your company active.

Our programming is designed to promote healthy and holistic habit formation by incorporating the latest research on nutrition and fitness. Participants will discover simple stretches that can be done at their desks to release stress, the benefits of walking for overall well-being, strength training exercises to increase metabolism, and nutrition strategies to enhance energy levels.

Wellness Walking Challenge

Custom SLS Challenges

We know there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach when it comes to health and wellness. Work with our expert coaches and staff to create an engaging challenge that meets the individual needs of your company.

Previous challenges have included different weekly themes, class and seminar participation, water-tracking, and more! Challenges can be run monthly, quarterly, or weekly.

Nutrition Challenge

Small steps, big changes…

Using our custom Nutrition and Wellness journals, this challenge is based on tracking your meals, snacks, water intake, sleep, mood, mindfulness, and physical activity for one month. The journal includes three months of tracking so your team can continue to use the journals after the challenge is over.

The Challenge Includes:

-Virtual and hard-copy journals

-A kick-off Nutrition seminar to launch the challenge

-Optional Nutrition Coach sessions to go over employee’s journals individually and give them insight, tips, and tricks

-A challenge-ending engaging seminar talking about employees’ experiences with the challenges, advice from our coaches on how to stay motivated and goal set for the future, and to answer any questions your team has about nutrition

  • We use a "bingo-card" style to have a fun and engaging way for employees to track their progress in our challenges. Cards are themed for the challenge and include 25 prompts.

    Our team at SLS will design and have the cards printed.

  • Check-in challenges are a great way to track and promote in-house use of your fitness facility. We use challenge boards as a way to track and encourage usage.
