Senior Fitness (65+)

At SLS, we know how important it is to stay active and mobile as we age. Our 65+ Senior Fitness Program is designed to offer fun and safe workouts for all fitness levels and abilities.

The goal is to educate our senior members on proper form and movements, and improve their daily functional activities while reducing the risk of injury.

In addition, our 65+ programming is a wonderful way for seniors to stay connected and participate in a social activity every day! 

All 65+ classes are led by SLS coaches specially certified in fitness programming for this demographic, making them prepared and well-equipped to provide suggestions and modifications for movements. We aim to accommodate every member’s individual needs and abilities. 

Our Senior Fitness Program is offered Monday - Thursday, with four basic class formats that are easy to follow and friendly for all abilities and interests. We offer classes that focus on stretching and meditation, and circuit-style classes that emphasize balance, strength, light cardio, and agility.
