Core Conditioning

At SLS, we truly believe that strong core muscles are the root of everything we do, which is why Core Conditioning is a staple class.

Our Core Conditioning classes are designed to strengthen your abdominal muscles, lower back, and glutes - all the muscle groups that make up our core! Strengthening these muscles makes it easier to perform everyday movements, such as picking up a box or swinging a golf club as well as improving posture. A stronger core can contribute to better balance and help prevent injuries thereby helping you achieve your overall strength and fitness goals.

All levels are welcome and encouraged to take this class.
