Metabolic Effect

These classes are a circuit style, rest-based workout. In a 30-minute ME class, members are either giving this maximum effort or resting to recover for the next set. A simple ME class format includes three rounds of three exercises. Each round is repeated three times. The exercises are timed by the coach to last for 30 seconds each, with little built-in rest time between each exercise.
At the end of each round, members perform a cardio “finisher” which is designed to boost their heart rate before resting and preparing for the next round.
