Elizabeth Sarrouf, Community & Corporate Wellbeing Lead
Community & Corporate Wellbeing Lead | @slselizabeth
Elizabeth has been with SLS from the very beginning, starting as a juice bar employee and then working at the front desk. After a couple of years away from SLS to pursue higher education, Elizabeth is back as a Community and Corporate wellness lead. She is a mental health advocate, passionate about creating mindfulness, movement, and art-based programs in corporate spaces, local communities, and education fields that help promote overall well-being and awareness.
Elizabeth has a long background in philanthropic events. She is a Co-Chair for Fitness For a Cure benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The event involves a team of volunteers, ranging from ages seven to sixty years old. For the past sixteen years, she has helped create the event, choreograph dances, and facilitate practices.
Sarrouf earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Honors College at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She also earned her Master of Education in Art, Community, and Education at Lesley University. During both of her degrees she focused on researching corporate initiatives for wellness programs, how they help employees, and what could be done to better support employees' needs and wants.
Elizabeth is also a Chopra Certified Meditation Teacher and is excited to bring more mindfulness and meditation practices to SLS and the corporate field.
Sarrouf’s experience with SLS, Fitness For a Cure, and her degrees have led her to be part of SLS Fitness’ initiative to help bring wellness, support, and movement to corporate spaces and she is excited to be part of this amazing team!
