Metabolic Effect training is the heart of what we do at SLS!
Similar to our Metabolic Effect class, but with a twist. The format is what makes this class unique. It consists of 10 exercises, each with a certain set of reps or performed for a specific length of time. After the coach demos each exercise your goal is to get through all 10 exercises as many times as you can in the 30-minute class. With a careful balance of strength exercises and cardio bursts, you’re guaranteed to get a full-body workout every time.
