Weight Room

Weight Room classes are a staple at SLS!

This is a guided heavy lift designed for members to work at their own pace, with a coach circulating through the weight room to assist with form, technique, spotting, and modifications.

Weight Room classes ensure that you’re focusing on every major muscle group, so you’re guaranteed to get a full-body workout every time. We offer a different weight room workout for each day of the week, which means our members are always seeing variety. We even post the workouts on a whiteboard in the weight room, so that you can have access to a pre-planned workout even when you can’t make it in time for a class. Weight Room classes provide exposure to different types of exercises, equipment, and modalities, and its a great way to learn the fundamental movements that you’ll see in many other classes at SLS.
