Stretch & Mobility

Stretch and Mobility classes are a favorite among SLS members!

They combine the principles of yoga, breathing technique, stretching, foam rolling, joint mobility, and balance for a refreshing, full-body experience. These classes are perfect to take on its own or it can be taken either before or after a higher-intensity class. We believe in educating our members on the importance of being gentle with their bodies and taking time to recover.
