Spin/Strength

Spin/Strength classes combine cardiovascular training on a stationary bike with added weight circuits off the bike. A typical class format entails a total of 15 minutes of sprinting and climbing on the bike, and 15 minutes of weight training with a set of dumbbells and bodyweight exercises. This class is friendly for all ages and abilities, and is great for anyone looking for a well-balanced mix of cardio and strength training.
