Pilates
This class focuses on the core principles of Pilates flow, concentration, centering, breath precision, and control with a specific emphasis on core strength. Our goal is to educate our members about the importance of engaging their core and pelvic floor muscles and provide them with helpful exercises and techniques to do so that will carry into their other workouts and daily activities. This class includes a mix of standing exercises and mat work. Every exercise is performed at a manageable tempo with plenty of modifications, which makes it the perfect class for everyone, from beginner to advanced.
