Ride & Row

Ride and Row is a 30 minute cardio-based class that utilizes both assault bikes and rowing machines for a high intensity cardiovascular workout.  The class is designed to increase your heart rate using cardio bursts of varying durations interspersed with rest intervals to allow for recovery. This is a great way to help learn proper rowing or biking form while also challenging yourself physically! Appropriate for all skill levels.
