Barbell Weight Room

This 45-minute class focuses on barbell-based strength movements. The barbell provides a different feeling with the weights, and allows you to work on basic, functional movement patterns in new ways. With a focus on form and technique, we use a variety of movements to build total body strength. The goal of this class is to challenge members to work toward increasing their strength, while also encouraging them to feel comfortable handling the barbell. Whether you’re a beginner or you have previous experience with the bar, this is a great place for you to learn new techniques and improve your strength!
