Steven met Sherri one day while driving by Shedd Park in Lowell during one of her first outdoor boot camp classes.
When he decided to join in on the class, it became the first day of the rest his life. He gained a new philosophy on health & fitness. As a skilled, professional carpenter, Steven contributes to the SLS Fitness cutting-edge facility, and helped build and design the Lowell location.
Steven specializes in Metabolic Effect training, strength training, TRX, Warrior classes, and cardio red zone classes. He enjoys motivating members to dig deep within themselves to experience the best work out possible.
Steven uses his leadership skills and clever sense of humor to ensure a high-quality, safe, and fun environment for members to take charge of their health.
