SLS Award-Winning Personal Training in Lowell
Working with a trainer, either in a one-on-one session or in a small group setting, is a great way to help you stay on track with a personal fitness goal.
At SLS, we know that staying motivated to reach your fitness goals is all about accountability, which is why we offer so many ways to train in a personalized setting.
No matter what season of life you’re in, or what your goals are, the SLS coaches are here to help!
Your SLS coach will start by getting to know you and your goals, and analyzing your movement through a functional movement screening (FMS).
Depending on your goal, your coach will then complete a body composition screening on you to establish some baseline measurements to track over time.
Once your coach determines your movement patterns and areas of focus, he or she will work to construct your customized fitness program, and make class recommendations to supplement your training throughout the week.
